super rocket ,finaly finished

 at long last I have got it finished! wouldnt start after a complete restoration ,checked timing,right hand set at 35 degrees ,left hand 23 degrees ,not good ,sent mag toSRM who reground the slip ring ,re fitted and finally got it started , sounds great ,now trying to get it registered,all DVLA line unobtainable !! I have a green old log book showing frame number, its reg 2 June 1961,engine is a super rocket 1959. so how do i get it registered when you cant get hold of the DVLA ?  thanks for all help over the years

DVLA are working with reduced staff at the moment and there will be delays in any dealings with them.
