Bar end weights

Took the A50 for a shakedown run yesterday and was happy with the work I've done to it.
However there is a slight vibration from the handle bars which if I could damp down would make the bike even more enjoyable to ride.
Has anyone had much success with bar end weights? If so what weight is needed? Also I have a bar end mirror fitted which will complicate fitting. I had thought about stuffing some lead into the bar ends to try and that would allow me to keep the mirror.
What have you done?

Hi,
    I use them on the A10 they seem fine, I have a set with a mirror fixing integral. I didn't have them on the A65 which has more vibration at certain revs, but will be fitting them during the face-lift this summer to hopefully make a more comfortable ride.
