1966 A65 Hornet

Hi all just joined owners club.I have just bought a 1966 Hornet from States,have US tittle and NOVA. I intend to apply for an age related plate,in docs from owners club it states if your bikes pre 1960 no MOT is required,is this correct as I was led to believe anything over 40 years old was mot exempt.I am told my bike has Goldstar wheels , has it,and can anyone tell me what my tanks off,cheers Gordon.

You will not need an MOT.

It may take a while to get it registered as DVLA are not taking any paper applications until further notice.

Looks like a 190mm front brake, used on Gold Stars ands A65 Spitfires (til 1967)
