exhaust on a 59 super rocket

hi ,can anyone tell me the diameter of the exhaust ports on a 59 s/rocket as my pipes seem very loose (s/hand from ebay )

Should take a 1.5 inch pipe, not unusual to find ports in aluminium head worn to oversize, or to find pipes under size if made from 38mm tube  or both.

RTV sealant is pretty good for sealing exhausts.
