Looking for gear box sprocket

I am having problems locating a 19 tooth gear box sprocket for my 1958 C12 (250cc). The dealers I have contacted say this part is no longer available but the part supplied by Dragonfly needs some adjustment/engineering to fit. Can anyone help?
