Looking for a good Mag overhaul specialist

Good morning all.
      The spark from the Mag on my M21 seems very small, it can barely be seen with the plug removed and earthed on the cylinder head.
Also it's not an easy starter 
Can any members recommend a properly qualified and reliable Magneto ant Dynamo overhaul specialist.
