Front wheel offset

I would like to know the offset and which direction for an 8" single sided hub.  Mine has been built in the centre and is obviously wrong as the wheels will not line up.

Hello pre unit swinging arm Bess,
                  As it says in the subject line it's the front, for A or B series pre unit swinging arm.  Can yu help please.

    I set mine with no offset. It may be worth putting it into the forks and centralising it there.
