New member here.Just bought a 1957 B31 which I would like to show you all as a previous owner has obviously done a lot of work to make it look almost like new, sadly the site says the file is too large so despite pressing every icon in sight I can't reduce the size.
Perhaps I'm hitting the phone with a metric hammer when it should be imperial. ;D

To reduce photo file size on your phone, you can adjust camera settings to capture photos at a lower resolution, use photo editing apps to compress or resize images, or utilize online compression tools. Consider cropping out unnecessary parts and exploring options in your phone's built-in photo editing tools.
1. Adjusting Camera Settings:
Lower Resolution: Look for "Camera photo resolution" or similar settings within your camera app and select a lower resolution for future photos. This will automatically reduce file sizes as you take new pictures, according to HONOR.
2. Using Photo Editing Apps:
Resizing:
Apps like "Photo & Picture Resizer" or those found in the Google Play Store offer options to resize images by reducing their dimensions (in pixels).
Compression:
Apps like "Photo Compressor and Resize" or "Photo and Picture Resizer" allow you to adjust the quality or set a specific file size target, resulting in smaller compressed photos, according to YouTube.
3. Online Compression Tools:
Online compressors: Websites like Fotor provide services to compress images online, allowing you to upload and download compressed versions.

Hi Janacek,

Do you have a computer?
If so Mac or PC?

Dave.

Janacek

Had to crop the photo to fit.
Will try to do the same with the other half of the photo.

Janacek

That's the other half.

And very nice to!

I see you have the Ariel hubs, I had a Golden Flash with those, I liked them, easy to adjust.  I had a B31 for many years and liked it, very easy to live with and very good handling.

A 1956/57 B31 was what I was looking for as they had the Ariel hubs. When I was a young lad, I had a 1956 B31 and when this one came up I had to have it.It's almost the same maroon colour as the one I had.I must have got weaker over the years, as I don't remember the B31 being this heavy.

I sometimes think that the gravitational "constant" is increasing as all my bikes have got heavier recently. I'll have to write to the New Scientist about it.
