441 victor special 1969 changing fork oils

I recently bought this 441 victor, bike is standard original, went to change the fork oils and surprisingly there seems to be no drain screws as per 71 b25ss I have...can anyone tell me the procedure or if any service sheets available please, cheers.

The forks are identical to the ones on my 68 Victor.
The drain screws are hidden at the bottom rear of each leg, it's easier to remove the mudguard to get at them because the bottom stay makes it almost impossible to find them.
