Hi,is it just a matter of undoing all the top nuts to swap a same as top yoke?
           TIA

Rupert

Yep, remove all three nuts. Also slacken the bottom yoke pinch bolts as it will help later.
If you leave the handlebar in place it's easy to twist the forks with the front wheel between your legs to loosen the taper fit of the stanchions rather than bashing under the top yoke to free it.
Chock the front wheel so it and the forks can't roll away when the top yoke comes free and you stand a chance of the steering head bearings staying in place.
