C15 fork oil quantity

I am rebuilding 1959 C15 and am now working on fork assemblies. I have been watching Hugh Ferrier YouTube videos. He refers to advice about amount of oil might be 190cc or 100cc. Can anyone help with this? Which is correct? Thanks
