C15 brake light spring

Hi All,

  I need a new brake light spring for my C15 as mine snapped while I was tweeking it. I have seen a few generic ones, but can anyone recommend one which  really works?

A bit hard to recommend something so generic as a spring, but can't you reform the end of the spring and adjust the switch position if required?

Ahhhh.. Is the switch position adjustable?     I'll have a look.

   The existing spring is already something has bodged, but I found a generic spring on EBay with a straight end, so that it can be bent to length.   I'll give that a go.

Sorted !  A bit of heat from the blow torch and I was able to stretch the spring to the right length, Then I adjusted the position of the switch in the slow, and all is good.   Thanks!
