A7 SS big end problem

Hi guys new to the forum, the big end journals on my shooting star are already 0.030" under size and the smallest measurement I have is 1.415" which to me means out of spec. anyone any ideas? Is metal spraying and returning to standard an option or possibility of a set of .050" us shells?
