Just purchased a new old stock oil pipe union, the bit that is bolted to the bottom of the crankcase and takes three oil pipes of various sizes. The original leaked a lot no matter how much the single bolt was tightened. I took it off thinking it was cracked, don't think it is. There are two small O ring seals visible once it is off. Question, where can I get these seals from? I cant find any.

Hi,
1965 oil pipe union part number 68-0595 used square section seals, from 1966 onwards there are three different unions all of which used O rings.

Not sure if it makes a difference but it maybe worth researching which you have.

Best wishes...

Hi as mentioned by Chaz I got the O rings from Drags and seem oil tight best get the correct hose sizes and hose clips to eliminate leaks I believe they are 3/8 5/16 and 3/16

I struggled with the oil union sealing on my Lightning and found a source here in USA for square o-rings in a multitude of sizes.

Actually bought a bag of 100 each of 2 sizes, slightly different to fit the slightly different parts I was dealing with.
I'd be willing to drop a few in an envelope for anyone that needs them. Just PM an address.
