a65 speedo issue

hi bsa owners,
last issue with my a65 is the speedo , [ triumph maybe? ]150mph magnetic anti clockwise rotation but the speedo drive turns the speedo cable clockwise.
i hear you can reverse the speed drive gear but then the speed cable would have to point upwards wouldnt it?
are speedo drives left or right handed?

well swopped over the drive and bush today and now anti clock rotation but now issue with the cable
