There seems to be "spacing" washers under some of the spindle plate bolts, plus one of the bolt heads is smaller and may even be metric.

You do not have clutch lever...use brake lever!
An do not forget to mess up the threads.

Rog you are right! This bolts have spacers....and what is worst some of them are home made on the machine.
God only knows with what standards but do not fit to the metric templates.

Odd thick washers under the nuts, usually the correct sized machine screws and star washers.

Can't tell from pics but the oil feed nuts look chewed?

Dan_B33

Hi Neil,
If you ask for oil feed nuts from the timing side they are ok.
I think because seals are not proper someone have put distancing washer so they just reach deeper into the zimerring....

I hope we talk the same thin? Or you talk abou some oil feed nuts fro the valves?

Time to make some hacks with magneto!
Here you have pick-up screw....believe or not, brush inside is home made.
Do not miss tones of silicon and sealed slot between magneto and timing cover!

Hello, how about magneto wit pick-up screw on the left side? Is that proper? From serviceability POV this is criminal. When I checked Internet all B33 an B31 but one had it on the right side (close to oil tank not cylinder)
