Gold star fuel cap

I am looking for a new rubber seal for a gold star cap I can find lots of caps but not the rubber seals.
I have looked on eBay and some of the new caps do not have a seal on them.

I had the same problem and in the end just bought some viton rubber sheet and cut my own with scissors.

Thanks Dean I just found a bit of 4mm cork so will try that first.

Yep, I did that....it was too thick!
The viton comes in a range of thicknesses. I found 0.5 mm worked OK
