B44 Enduro rear tyre

Hi All,

I have a B44 Enduro (EA frame) that I am putting back together, and I'm at that stage where I am contemplating buying tyres.  There's no problem with the front, which is a 90/90-21, the rear is giving me some concern as the legal off road tyre I have in mind is a 120/80-18.  That is apparently an acceptable size for a WM3 rim, but I'm concerned that it may be too wide for the swingarm.  Can anyone provide any info as to whether it will/won't fit?

I don't think that tyre would even fit on my B50MX! However, it's easy enough to mount the rear wheel and check the clearance all round to see what the max tyre dimension can be.

I've once seen a rather wide tyre that interfered with the chain. Don't remember what bike it was, but it was a knobby tyre. Check that too.
