Et wiring hornet

Any one out there with knowledge of hornet ignition wiring?  I am hoping to use the original ET set up as far as possible with the addition of new modern coils and condensers etc. I have purchased an up to date Lucas 5 wire alternator  to this end. The wiring diagram shows 2 wires ( black/yellow and black/white ) from alternator to coils,points etc. On my new one i have 2 black/yellow! Should just treat one as black and white? The blue and brown wires being redundant as there are no lights or horn. Red for earthing  purposes. The actual diagram looks simple but i need to be sure. Thanks for any advice. Dave
