I've just seen an advert for 1930's Crankcases for "single port engine".

I didn't realize there is any difference in the cases for either single or twin port.

Be pleased if someone would enlighten me and explain. Are they interchangeable.

There is no difference between the twin port & single port OHV Sloper crankcases. The only difference is the cylinder head.

The actual difference is the number stamped in the cases.
BSA 1930s nut.

Trying to collect all 1936 models. Still missing the B3.
