Crankshaft sprocket fit

Just spoken to Kidderminster Motorcycles. They've now had a look at the sprocket I returned, tried it on a new shaft, and agree it's too tight. So they're sending me one that fits. All's well that ends well.   Phil

New one arrived this morning. A firm, snug, push fit. Interestingly, the one which was too tight had two threaded holes which were useful for removal (a couple of hex-head bolts and the two-legged puller suggested by Dave Brady worked a treat - thanks, Dave), whereas the old one (worn teeth) which I took off, and this new one, don't. Anyway, I now need to see what the alignment is like. Fingers crossed.  Phil
