Sloper/ Blue Star head races.

Hi. Does anyone know who is likely to have sets of head races an balls for early 30's Slopers, empire, blue stars? Also, who is best to ask for help in getting DVLA to give me proper number back? I got bike with no logbook. I do have last tax disc, frame an engine nos.
