Just pressed in new bushes and honed them. Only to find the two eyes are out of line. Does anyone have a drawing or dimension between the two faces so I can check . A drawing would be good then I can check the two arms positional as they don't look right, thanks
edit,  it's the biggest metal brushed ones not rubber type bushes. Although, I might try to find needle rollers to suit then machine ...

Hi Chaz,
Service Sheet 710x has the frame and seat section dimensions for a B40. You might be able to work out the dimensions you need from these?

Best wishes...

Hi Bess
the only dimension I can see is frames only and A group, B group and Gold Star 1954 swinging arm drawing that may be relevent but only gives position of welded plates not the overall dimension. do you have a service sheet number for the one you posted , may be more on the page?
the dimension on the drawing for the B group is 2.500" but our arm has a gap of 4.500".

Hi Chaz,
There isn't a page number, its in the Service Sheet No. 710x, frame repairs, all models section. I have attached a copy:

Bess
thanks
thats a different 710X service sheet than I have found searching the net , all the rest are frame dimensions or older bikes.
