A7 Barrels

Would anyone know if it's possible to bore out a set of late A7 barrels to 650cc?

I would have thought that it would not leave much wall thickness left. A7 is 66mm. A10 is 70mm. The max size that you can rebore an A 7 is +.060" that is about 1.5mm you would have  have to go to 2mm for an A10. Apart from the fact that an A7  barrel  is shorter in height than an A10 barrel by I think 2 fins.
