B32 oil level

Newbie question, what is the correct level of the oil tank relative to the oil return tower, I know it's 4 pints but the oil is already in, so correct level from the top of the return pipe please

Thanks for that but it doesn't really help as there is no measurement betwtcap and high level or am I missing something
