M33 Front front spindle nut

I need to replace the front wheel bearings on my M33, it is the 7inch brake drum.  The nut opposite the brake drum will not undone despite my efforts of tightening up the brake side nut in the hope it will release it. The attached picture shows the nut I want to undo. Can anyone suggest away of undoing the nut?
