Help with timing

Hi to everyone,I'm having a bit of trouble timing my thunderbolt i had to put a new gearbox oil deal in. I've had a wassell electronic ignition fitted for a while and it's great but I've lost the instruction booklet don't know how far back from TDC to set the disk mark
