I'm having trouble trying to figure out the fasteners on the top stay of the front mudguard, stay to fork slider fixing on my 1970 Victor Special. In the parts list on Draganfly's website the 67/68 models have four nylocs with shakeproof washers, the 69 model has four plain nuts no washers then my 70 model has only two of the same plain nuts with no washers but still shows four bolts. In my parts book it shows four bolts but only two nuts, i can't find any evidence that one of the fork sliders fixing holes are threaded so no nuts would be needed that side. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Parts book error?
Each end lug of the top stay has two holes to match the two holes in the lug on each fork slider, so four bolts are needed in total with nuts (parts book shows nyloc) and external crimp lock washer.
Bolts are 1" long cycle thread, which is a bit of an oddity as fasteners elsewhere on the bike had changed to Unified from 1969. Explained by the Victor Special continuing to use the older design of BSA forks with cycle threads rather than changing to the Triumph forks as per the rest of Unit Singles with Unified threads.

Thanks Rupert. It's the same on various 'Master' parts lists on the web. I'm going to go with Nylocs and plain washers instead of plain nuts with spring washers or shakeproof washers on the bike, not keeping to total originality but better, in my view, i think.

I did have a look at Aerotight nuts but you can't get them in Bscy unfortunately, unless anyone knows different.
