STD 82mm oil piston ring for 1940 M21

Where can I get an 82mm oil piston ring?  I see this on eBay, any use?  Oil Control Piston Rings Ø 80 - 84.5 mm (3.15 - 3.327 in) w/ Spring Coil

Seems straight forward. Select 82mm and either 3mm or 5mm thickness depending on what you need.
