Bri-Tie installed - still some wet sumping

The Bri-tie seems to work ok, but my leaky sump plate still gets a little drippy,  so oil is getting into the sump when standing. Looking at the oil flow diagram...this seems to suggest the culprit is the non re-turn valve (ball bearing) in the pump ?? and so the oil in the run up to the tank could drain down. Does that seem correct ?

Looks to me that the pressure release valve is not likely to be a cause as it's on the feed side ?....or is that also a possibility?

Having actually ridden the bike a little bit now (rather than just firing it up in the garage)....it looks as if the sump plate is getting less drippy, so.......can use move crud that may be interfering with non-return valves ?

(Background - Before I installed the Bri-tie  (on B40F) it had been standing for years, occasionally started up in the garage as I tried to get it running/idling smoothly. The sump plate dripped a bit, but only in the last couple of years, did it get very incontinent and seem to flood other casings. Now that it's actually been used a little ( only 30km ) it's seems to be less drippy, than when it was just standing with the Bri-tie installed)( I will get round to refacing the sump plate, but for now it's used to judge the degree of wet-sumping)

The sump plate has been almost dry since early Dec. Just taken it off to to put some softer thicker gaskets in and have another go at flattening the mating surfaces.

Got about 125mm of oil out. Still presuming this is from the return side. If so I guess the rockers may not get oil at start up.

Should I be worried ?

There's always going to be some oil in the "sump" by the oil draining down from the engine parts after stopping. It helps in quickly starting the scavenge side operation too.

Hi all my first post, I hope you do not mind me asking for some help with my Bri-Tie anti-wet sump valve.

2 Questions:-
1) I have an A65 and it has two pipes between the oil tank and the engine. Does this mean I need two valves?
2) I see on the valve it has an arrow on the center section, should this point down to the engine or up to the oil  tank? Sorry to ask but I have no instructions,  I believe I filed them somewhere, sometime ago!)

Many thanks for all advice.

The anti wet sump valve goes in the feed line. Not in the return.
