Hi, has anyone ever seen an a10 plunger with a rocket swing arm engine in it?

STAR TWIN

No, and I don't expect to see one. The s/a engine and gearbox are longer than the plunger bolt up setup and wouldn't fit. You can fit s/a crank, rods and barrel to a plunger engine. Not an alloy head though, well, not easily anyway.

with the style of bike produced mid sixties on they were engines mounted in frames, earlier bikes had engine plates that made the cross use of different engines and boxes easier to play with. NorVil, TritTon, NorImp etc but the Egli style bikes are frames with fixing locations dedicated to certain available engines https://eglimotorcycles.com/en/eglimotorcycles-en/ .
what has been done by customisers is the 'playing about' with frames, cutting and inserting tubing to extend , cutting off of engine mounts and welding on new locations.
My eldest was fitting the old Honda CR500 air cooled motors into later CRF frames or even KTM 450 frames, then building supermotos. giving the fun of the 500 aircooled motor and the hanling of modern rolling chasis.

although I dont know of any it could be possible, but advantage??
