super rocket head bolt tightning sequence

the Haynes book only gives a sequence foe undoing the head bolts ,is the tightening the same ,  ie bolt no 1 first ,also what are torque values ? any help appreciated , I have a snap on torque wrench for bikes in ft lbs

Same sequence to tighten.
Torque to 31 - 33 ftlbs.
