Mystery front wheel hub

I have this, probably BSA, hub that I planned to use in my B33-2. Now I found a complete wheel and I don't need this one anymore. And it would have required some heavy modifications to fit the B33-2, and I don't want to cut it to pieces, 'cos it might be the correct one for someone else.

The drum is the same as in B33-2, so 5.5" if I remember correctly. Fixing flange for the drum is inside of the drum, so this is at least pre '33. The "odd" thing here is that it is very narrow, so with the brake plate but w/o any bearings, the total width is around 85mm.

So, can anyone identify this?
