BSA AGM 2026
Remote attendance
The AGM is being held at Long Compton Village Hall, Oxfordshire on March 29th at 12:00
To allow people to attend remotely, we are trialling a Zoom conference call for the meeting.
There will be a maximum of 100 places on the Zoom

The International Rally secretary (Andy Lorenz) will be managing the Zoom using a laptop and a web camera.
Unfortunately, we do not have professional Auto-Visual equipment, so the quality may be not great.
The Zoom will be muted, and any questions can be railed using the chat function within Zoom, Andy will then pass on the question, and type in the reply.

This Zoom will also be open to only BSAOC members.
Unfortunately, with the existing BSAOC rules, voting is only allowed if you are physically at the meeting.

The Zoom meeting will be recorded
To see the link for the Zoom meeting, either go to the members area of the website

or the Members only BSA Forum

Any questions, then please can you contact me by replying to this post in the BSA forum.

DAVE BRADY

Hi,

Why is this open to non-BSAOC members?  The Members meetings are just that and a zoom meeting should be no different. How has this decision been reached?

Dave.

Hi Dave,
non-members could always attend the AGM, they just have no voting rights.
I've posted the invitation on both the public and members only forums as not all BSAOC (UK) members are signed up to the members only forum
regards
Andy
