A65 fork oil capacity

I'm running 66 - 68 pattern forks (68 - 5144 stanchions) with dampers on my 1964 A65 Rocket.   Could some kind soul let me know how much oil (I'm using SAE 20) they take.   Thanks in advance.

Manual says 1/3 pint (190cc). Grade SAE20W oil. Try that and if the forks clang on the rebound the put a drop more in.
