B50 Sump Filter Gauze

Sorry guys, I'm all questions at the moment

I want to change the sump gauze in the OEM sump but it appears to be soldered in - as in pic below
There seem to be a few available that are just flat as opposed to cupped, like this one - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/285407966469
Do you just remove the old one and fit this between the cases and the sump?

Or am I missing something?

Hello RTwo

I replaced my filter, which was the same as yours, with the flat screen. You need to put a gasket on each side of the new screen of course.

The old screen is just soldered in and is easily removed with a propane torch.
