Speedo

Hello everyone,

I've done this before, but can't remember. When dismantling the speedo cable (to remove the rear wheel), when I've undone the nut, should the cable simply pull out of the speedo gearbox? I thought it should, but it seems not to want to come.

Should just pull out. No other way to do it.

Sometimes the square on the end of the cable is a fraction oversize. The nut tightened will push the cable in but will be hard to pull cable out. Use some grips on the cable to pull.
