Morning all, a bit of advice please.
I bought a complete single sided brake front wheel for my B31 from flea Bay. All fitted okay and the brake plate and little stub fitted into the female spigot on the forks
Only problem is it was fitted with an 18 inch rim..!!!
Rim removed and new spokes ordered. Question now is.. Will any 19 inch front rim suffice. Any thoughts? Thanks

Bess

Hi,
No, they have different materials, widths, profiles and spoke holes. Try here to determine your requirements:

Thanks for the reply, problem is I don't want a new rim.
By any front rim I meant a bsa rim either from a half width hub or a full width hub. 😁

Hi,
The same hole half or full width hub rim will fit, only the spoke lengths will differ and maybe the nipple sizes.

Best wishes...
