B44 Registration

Just brought a 1969 B441 Victor Special and the V5C form is not in the previous owners name. Will it be a problem transferring it into my name. Any advice will be appreciated.

It shouldn't make any difference. The DVLC will issue you a new V5C and contact the previous owner asking if they had sold it. If no reply received after 14 days that's the end of it.
