I've had my 376 Monobloc ultrasonically cleaned, so now I need to get the tickover and idling set properly on my B33. Can anyone give suitable trial positions for the throttle stop and pilot air screws?

Thanks, Mark.

pilot screw wants to be 1 1/2 turns out from fully in . Throttle stop i usually turn it in till I can hear the slide hitting it on the throttle return then turn it a further 1/2 turn . That is usually a good start point .

Thanks for that: it'll be a good starting point.

I read a good post on here a while back that had a link to a feature about tuning the carb but I can't find it now.

In a nutshell it said get the bike running and warm it up.

First concentrate on the pilot screw, adjust it to get the tick over as fast as possible.

Then move to the throttle stop to get the tick over as slow as possible. Then repeat.

Did mine three time, ticks over a beautifully.

Thanks Dean and Bees, very useful. I've done Concentrics before but not a Monobloc.  Now I just have to wait for the kickstart to come back from the chrome platers...
