M33 Rigid Rear Wheel

At the moment the rear wheel of my Rigid M33 has a spacer in place of the hub barrel cap (66-5541), no 9 on the attached diagram and the rear hub locknut (66-6273), no 8 on the attached diagram. I have found the hub barrel for sale on an American website, but the hub nut is unobtainable.  Does anyone have the dimensions of the 2 items so I can try and have them made as I think the width of the spacer could be wrong. Maybe a don't need them, but could have a correct size spacer made?

Have you tried phoning the well established UK dealers, who may not list their whole stock on a website. Burton Bike Bits, C and D Autos for example. BBB have an old PDF list on their site, a few years old, but was then listing 66 5541.
