What was the thickness of the engine/gearbox plates.

I have more than one set and trying to work out which to use.

I have 4mm and 6mm stainless steel and a 5mm not stainless steel.

I'd guess that they are ΒΌ" (6.3mm). 4mm stainless is definitely too thin.
