Hi. I know which fork oil I am putting in the fork legs, but how much in each leg, thanks.

According to Roy Bacon  - Restoring BSA Twins page 212, 190cc.

Yep 190cc. Its amazing, most BSA Motorcycle models forks seem to contain the same amount.
