C15 Oil In Frame Conversion

Hello ALL,
I have a C15 that has been converted to Oil In Frame.  It has a few oil leaks under the engine, probably no surprise :), which are due mainly to the poor condition of the hoses for the conversion.  The oil filler is at the front of the main frame tube just ahead of the fuel tank.  It looks like the oil fills the front tube and both of the bottom tubes. The oil exits each of the bottom tubes into a T pipe and then through a single rubber hose into the rear frame down tube.  the oil then leaves the bottom of the rear frame down tube through another hose and into the engine oil inlet pipe.  I'm not sure if this is a standard OIF configuration or if it was dreamt up by whoever converted it.

The 2 hoses that exit the bottom frame tubes are rock hard, I assume that they should be flexible.  the right side hose is jammed between a bracket that I guess was originally for the bash plate and one of the metal oil feed tubes. It looks like either the hose has rubbed through and has a small leak or maybe the metal feed tube has split.  My plan is to replace the hoses from the bottom tubes and to also reroute them away from anything that might cause them damage.  My question is, does someone make these hoses as a set or do I just buy some oil hose and jubilee clips and get on with it.  There is also a small leak from the oil inlet assembly so I guess that a gasket or O rings are required for that.  I would be grateful for any advice on whether there is a specific hose to use, it looks like 1/4" or 5/16", or do I just buy some lengths of 1/4" or maybe 6mm oil hose and clips.

I think that maybe the bike is a bit of a bitsa as the frame seems to have 2 sets of partial numbers, a set on the headstock and a set on the front down tube, that's no real worry as it's a trias unit and will be used as such, the engine seems strong and starts and pulls well, I just want to be sure that it doesn't dump its oil in the middle of nowhere as I don't fancy pushing it :).

I've included a couple of pictures that show the pipes and the rest of the bike.

Many thanks

Bill.
