i enjoyed your blog. i also have an alternator b31 and with its own set of problems.
which suzuki model is the rear wheel from as there is not much room to spare and did you offset the rim?

Wotcha.

From what I remember, the wheel came from a GT 380 or possibly a GT 500.   Most of the 1970 -80 Suzuki range had similar wheels.  No offset needed.  I think I had to take about a millimetre or so off where the sprocket mounted so the chain lined up better.
