Rim offset.

Evening all.
A question if you please.
I've just laced on the new rim onto my front hub. It's b31 nineteen inch with the little seven inch metal brake plate
Is there an offset and if so how much?
I've got a straight edge across the brake drum(no brake plate fitted) and have a twenty millimetre gap to the rim at the present. Gap size please.

Hi,
    B31, WM2, wheel less brake and tyre (Pt 65-5870) is 2.230" C/L rim to edge of brake drum.
