clutch spring cups

I know the fact that there was a change over somewhen around 66, to three springs and a deeper cup.

I have a four spring clutch but I don't know which cups are actually in it. Typical ancient mix n match.
I would appreciate it if anyone is able to give my the different cup depths. Cos I can't find them anywhere.
