A10 front mudguard size

Hi all
Having a bit of a time with trying to fit the front mudguard on my A10.
Can anyone help with sizes of mudguard and stays etc please?
I bought a pattern guard from BBB and am offering it up with the stays it doesn't seem to fit. The centre bracket is a genuine one, the front stay is from Draganfly and the rear stay I'm not sure if it's genuine or not.
When I bolt it up with all the brackets there is a probably about 3/4 inch between the Guard and rear stay mount.
The rear stay is around 13 inches.
The mudguard measures 710mm front to back measured from the centre inside of the guard.
I want to get it all sorted before I have the painting done so any help or photos would be great
