Hi All.  I would very much like to convert my 1937 B24 Empire Star 350cc to a twin port set-up. (please see wanted add for head)
Other than the head itself, I'm having trouble finding a source or manufactuer of a twin port exhaust system.
So, my question is, has anyone found a source or a manufacturer of such a thing?
Failing that, does anyone have a current project that could loan its old exhaust as a pattern to be copied?
I will await your responses or thoughts.
Thanks, Pete

Hi Pete,
Have a look at the "British Only Austria" site as they have a lovely set of upswept sports pipes designated for Blue star, Empire star that will fit nicely. Type in the search BOA-R28-EX. Then follow your nose and look for the matching short style muffler - just remember nothing is cheap.
I have a 1938 B24 Empire Star and found a twin port head on the Cornacopia motorcycle web site however I procrastinated on the spending of the $$$$$$ and missed it, dont do the same if you find one.

Hi Tony.
Thanks for your reply.  I've had a look on the website and from the shape, think that they are probably for the earlier 3.48HP bikes which I think were twin port as standard. I've asked for conformation on this.
I have also seen the head on Cornucopias website and would have happily paid the asking price had it not been sold.
Looks like I will need to be patient and keep searching.
Regards to a fellow Empire star owner.
