What are these Cams?

Hi, Long time since I posted.

I have a pair of Cams but just do not know what they are off or what they were used for...scrambles, road use or racing?

Lobes measure 31.55 and the only marking on them is the letter 'D'

Are they B31/33 or M20/21 or anything else??

I'm not sure what I currently have in my B33 but I'm hoping to give the bike a bit more of a boost in power later in the year, would be nice if these are suitable for use.
